The UCX Control Protocol (Basic) is a high-performance control protocol, when coupled with multiple NPUs, developers can easily create a network paging system with multiple zone control or even a network background music system with live audio streaming.  The protocols provide a framework that enable developers to control each of the NPUs device to perform specific task such as configure the network settings, control digital input or output, perform serial communication, start or stop audio encoding or decoding, volume selection and start or stop local storage MP3 playback of each NPUs device.  The kit also comes with a number of windows-based sample applications using the UCX Control Protocol.
